go to oasis village, from there head to the south east exit, there is a small gap in the wall, that is where they are

You go to Oasis Villiage which is marked at the top of the screen then go to the bottom right of the map there will be a small hole in the wall if it's not there keep moving up till you see it and walk into the small hole then your there
